Mark your calendars! Saturday, July 20th B Team Buffalo will partner with the City of Light 2013 neighborhood to bring a day of fun in the sun! The 10th Street Community Day is an opportunity for you to play some outdoor games with children in the City of Light 2013 neighborhood, and give the neighborhood we are partnering with a chance to learn more about B Team Buffalo in preparation for this December’s 6th Annual City of Light.

We will be doing activities with children in the neighborhood, and also with children who attend the summer program at the John F. Beecher Boys and Girls Clubhouse. From foursquare to kickball and any other summer game you enjoyed as a child, come and help make this a great day for members of this Buffalo community. Volunteers will be participating in games, helping with arts and crafts, serving food, and making sure everyone who attends gets a glimpse at B Team’s partnership with the Boys & Girls Club.

We need volunteers between the hours of 10am to 6pm, with available shifts between 10 and 2, and 2 and 6. You can work both shifts or just one. If you are interested in volunteering email ryan@bteambuffalo.com or liz@bteambuffalo.com.
